Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and mental health counsellor. You're at the right place if you answered 'yes' to any of the above. I know how hard it can be to reach out for support, so let's take a second to acknowledge and celebrate you for taking this step. Go you!

I'm passionate about helping you overcome your anxiety and stress, feel confident in your body and mind, and build healthy lasting relationships. Our therapy sessions will be a chance for you to be free to be your unfiltered authentic self. They'll be tailored to the unique aspects of your identity and experience, with an approach that's culturally sensitive, queer-allied, and anti-oppressive.
