As a Registered Psychotherapist, I’m here to work with you on overcoming overthinking, building self confidence, strengthening relationships, and feeling more in control of your life. So How does this work?
This 15 minute video call is a chance for us to connect and explore your needs, and decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
We’ll meet weekly or biweekly to identify the root causes of the problems you’re dealing with. We’ll use practical tools to help you move closer to your goals.
The goal of our sessions is twofold: to help you feel better in the moment and to build habits that can create real, lasting change, so that you might one day look back and see just how far you’ve come.
