Individual Therapy


In individual therapy we’ll work one-on-one on your specific self-defined goals. These goals can be anything from navigating a personal crisis or mental health diagnosis to building healthy lifestyle habits and interpersonal skills. It’s like having a trusted guide on your personal life journey.

Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs. It will be a combination of both getting the chance to talk about your experiences and process feelings, and dig deeper into the past, and also gaining practical skills and tools for your present and future.

You might be used to having to carefully manage what you say and how you present yourself in your life, but in therapy,
  you get to show up as just you. Free from the expectations and responsibilities of your busy life.

Our therapy sessions will be a confidential, nonjudgmental space for you to talk about whatever it is that’s on your mind - no filter. It is a chance to take off the mask and where you get to feel the pressures of performing and downplaying your emotions disappear.
